Let WhatsApp reply automatically – on your own number
Every day you get the same questions: How much? Are you free today? Where are you? While you're with a client or asleep, the next one waits – and writes to someone else. Here is what WhatsApp can do automatically by itself, and how to get every message answered without typing.
What WhatsApp can do by itself
| Automatic? | What exactly | |
|---|---|---|
| Normal WhatsApp | No | No automatic replies. |
| WhatsApp Business (app) | Fixed texts only | Greeting message, away message and quick replies. Always the same text – it can't answer a question like “Are you free at 8 pm today?”. |
| buhu | Yes, every message | An AI reads every message and replies properly – with your prices, hours and limits. |
How buhu replies automatically
- Connect: buhu links to your WhatsApp number like WhatsApp Web – with a code, right on your phone. No second phone, no new number, no WhatsApp Business needed.
- Set up: In the questionnaire you enter prices, services, limits, working hours and meeting places. Available in 12 languages.
- Let it reply: buhu answers after 1 to 5 minutes – like a person glancing at the phone. Casual, with emojis, in German.
- Say yes or no: When a client wants a booking, you get a push notification. You tap accept or decline. buhu only sends the address after you accept.
Hey was nimmst du für 1 std?
30 min 80 euro, 1 std 150 euro 💋
Wann willst du treffen ?💋
morgen um 20 uhr
Ich schau kurz ob morgen um 20 uhr klappt und schreib dir gleich 💋
A real conversation from the demo, in German as clients write – the prices come from the sample profile “Mia”.
Important: open your phone now and then
buhu runs on our server, your phone doesn't have to be on. But WhatsApp disconnects linked devices if the phone has been offline for more than 14 days. So open WhatsApp at least once every two weeks.
And Telegram?
Works the same way – even both numbers at once. More: Telegram auto-reply.
