Replying automatically – which option suits you?

There are several ways to stop answering every client message yourself. They differ a lot: some only send a fixed text, others understand the question. Here is the overview.

WhatsApp Business

Free and possible on the same number. You set up a greeting, an away message and quick replies. But it is always the same text – a question like “Are you free today at 8 pm?” is not answered by WhatsApp Business.

Telegram Business

With Telegram Premium you also get greeting, away messages and quick replies. You can also connect a chatbot to your account – but you have to have one yourself.

Auto-responder apps

Android apps reply by keyword: if “price” appears, they send your price list. The phone has to be on and online, and for questions outside the rules the answer doesn't fit.

Receptionist

A person understands every question and makes bookings. In return she costs a wage or a share and only works her shift. More: AI receptionist for escorts.

buhu – AI on your number

Try it: on the home page you write as a client with the real bot.

Try it yourself – you are the client.

On the home page the real buhu bot answers you as “Mia”. Then you set up your own: 14 days free, then from €39 per week.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest option?

WhatsApp Business is free but only sends fixed texts. For a fitting answer to every single question you need a person or an AI.

Do I need WhatsApp Business for buhu?

No. buhu works with your normal WhatsApp on your own number.

Can I combine several options?

Yes, for example an away message on one number and buhu on another. Usually one option that answers every question is enough.
