Managing bookings – without chaos in the chat

One client wants 8 pm, the next one too, a third asks at 3 am. If you do everything in the chat, you lose track fast. Here is how to get your bookings in order.

The most common problems

Five rules that help

1. Fixed working hours

Decide when you work and tell every new client. That saves a lot of back and forth.

2. Always get specific

Day, time, duration, place. “Maybe later” is not a booking.

3. Confirm first, then the address

Give the exact address only when the booking is fixed. Before that, the district is enough.

4. One calendar for everything

All bookings in one place – not spread across WhatsApp, Telegram and notes.

5. Decline clearly

If it doesn't fit, decline briefly and politely. Clients who get no answer keep writing.

How buhu makes bookings

  1. buhu asks the client for day, time, duration and place.
  2. You get the request as a push notification and tap accept or decline.
  3. buhu tells the client right away – with the address if you accept.
  4. An open request keeps the time free: two clients never get the same hour.
  5. If a request is left unanswered, it expires when the time has passed.

All bookings in your phone calendar

Your buhu app shows all bookings. If you like, add a secret calendar link once to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Samsung Calendar – then the bookings appear there too. No account linking.

Against clients who never show up: Filter out time-wasters.

Try it yourself – you are the client.

On the home page the real buhu bot answers you as “Mia”. Then you set up your own: 14 days free, then from €39 per week.
